Mark has around 15 years of experience working with GP practices, GP Federations, and Integrated Care Boards. He specialises in improving operational efficiency, leadership development and supporting practices and the wider healthcare system through practical, sustainable change. Having worked closely with clinical, managerial, and system‑level teams, Mark brings a grounded understanding of the pressures facing primary care and delivers solutions that genuinely work on the frontline. His approach is clear, organised, and collaborative — helping practices streamline processes, enhance capacity, and improve overall service quality. He is delighted to lead the team of Associate Consultants at Gallovian.

Karen is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years’ experience across primary care and the wider NHS system. As a CEO of GP Federations, she has led organisations through significant transformation, delivering improved performance, stronger governance, and sustainable service models.
She has extensive experience working at system level with GP practices, federations, and Integrated Care Boards, providing strategic insight alongside hands-on delivery. Karen is recognised for her ability to navigate complex environments, aligning clinical, operational, and strategic priorities to achieve measurable outcomes.
Her expertise spans operational excellence, organisational leadership, and service redesign, with a particular focus on building resilient, high-performing teams and driving efficiency at scale. She brings a disciplined, outcomes-focused approach, underpinned by a strong understanding of frontline pressures and system-wide demands.
Karen plays a key role within the Associate Consultant team at Gallovian, contributing senior leadership expertise to support clients in delivering transformation, improving quality, and strengthening long-term sustainability across services.
